Host/Hostess (m/w/d) im Berta Restaurant by Chef Assaf Granit.


Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie kümmern sich um die Kunden, sobald sie im Restaurant ankommen
  • Sie sind für die Garderobe zuständig und sorgen dafür, dass diese gut organisiert und aufgeräumt ist
  • Sie kümmern sich um die Reservierungen vor Ort, per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Sie beherrschen die Reservierungssoftware (Optimierung des Sitzplans / Verwaltung von Anfragen und Benachrichtigungen)
  • Sie kennen die DNA der Gruppe und des Hotels genau, um sie beim Austausch mit den Kunden vorzubringen

Ihr Profil

  • Erste Erfahrungen in einer ähnlichen Position erwünscht
  • Fließende Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse

  • Jede andere Sprache ist willkommen
  • Gute Konversationsfähigkeiten
  • Gepflegtes und repräsentatives Auftreten

As a Host/Hostess (m/w/d), you will
- take care of customers as soon as they arrive at the restaurant and manage their changing rooms
- master the reservation software (optimization of the seating plan / management of requests and notifications)
- have a perfect knowledge of the DNA of the group and the hotel in order to put it forward during your exchanges with the customers


Our ideal candiate will have the following skils/experience

  • First experience in a similar position desired
  • Very good English, German is nice to have
  • Any other language is welcome
  • Good conversation skils
  • Clean and representable apearence
