People are intrinsic to our transformation mission, and as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will have the opportunity to attract, recruit and select top talent for our Tech teams within our Düsseldorf Head Office, ensuring a consistent and high-level experience for all involved.


Your responsibilities:


  • Develop clear and successful datadriven hiring strategies for our Tech teams, including IT Infrastructure, Data, IT Operations and SAP.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with agencies, universities and other providers that help to expand the pipeline of talent.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise processes and suggest improvements based on analytics and research, including optimising of the applicant tracking system (ATS) to enable the team to work more efficiently.
  • Contribute to TA projects e.g., employer branding and digital talent recruitment to strengthen our position in the market.

What you bring:


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Track record of delivery in an enterprisescale matrix environment, with an understanding of business and organisational evolution
  • A datadriven approach to Talent Acquisition, with clear examples of using insights and facts to advise and influence key stakeholders
  • Ability to structure, plan, implement and monitor talent Acquisition strategies

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment at an enterprise scale
  • Corporate/inhouse experience is preferred in at least one of these areas: IT Infrastructure, Data, IT Operations, SAP.

Please note, this role will require an on-site presence in Dusseldorf; our hybrid working policy brings our teams together onsite on a weekly basis.
