- Verantwortung für die Realisierung und positive Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebsziele Car & Van in Deutschland
- Profit&Loss Verantwortung inklusive Kosten- und Margenmanagement
- Begleitung, Coaching und Führung des Vertriebsteams bei der Transition von ARAL/bp vom reinen Mineralöl- zu einem integrierten Energiekonzern, auch und insbesondere im Bereich der E-Mobilität
- Entwicklung / Anpassung der Vertriebsstrategie im C&V Bereich für Deutschland sowie die professionelle und profitable Ausschöpfung des Verkaufspotentials.
- Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der europäischen Fleet Strategie im deutschen Markt unter Beachtung der relevanten Marktspezifika.
- Verantwortung für die Cards Sales Planung, Prozesse und Performance
- Weiterentwicklung von strategischen Projekten und deren Umsetzung in der Vertriebsorganisation. Mit Fokus auf Fuel & Charge, neue Mobilitätskonzepte und -services, Verkaufskanäle, digitale Strategien und alternative Kraftstoffe.
- Ambassador für das deutsche Fleet Geschäft, stellt die interne und externe Kommunikation sicher.
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von 3 Key Account Managern, 2 Leasing Key Account Managern, 1 Implementierungsmanager und dem C&V Sales Teamlead (Verantwortlich für 13 Account Manager).
- Inspiration, Motivation, Coaching und Entwicklung der unterstellten Teammitglieder
- Sicherstellung von klaren Zielvorgaben, Verantwortlichkeiten und Zielvereinbarungen innerhalb des zugehörigen Sales Teams
- Im Rahmen der disziplinarischen Verantwortung:
- aktive Förderung des Kompetenzaufbaus der Teammitglieder
- Aufbau eines leistungsfähigen Vertriebsteams
- Schaffung einer vertrauensvollen Atmosphäre
- Regelmäßige Zielvereinbarungs-, Zielerreichungs- und Personalentwicklungsgespräche
- Unterstützung bei der Akquisition von Key Accounts und Koordination bei gebietsübergreifender Akquisition
- Einhaltung der HSSE Vorschriften der Teammitglieder
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Langjährige Vertriebs- und Managementerfahrung (>10 Jahre)
- Tiefgreifende Marktkenntnisse im Mobilitäts- oder Leasingbereich
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Passion für erneuerbare Energien, um unsere Nachhaltigkeitsziele zu erreichen
- Sicheres Auftreten im Innen-/Außenverhältnis, Überzeugungskraft und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Produkten / Salesforce (muss)
- Erfahrung in der Führung von großen und dezentralen Teams
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
