Sensorberg - Who?:

Sensorberg is an innovative Berlin-based tech company that was founded in 2013.
We develop hardware and software for the digitalisation and automation of buildings. We specialise in solutions for
storage, co-working spaces and commercial.

We believe that a building is not just a building but a place where people spend more than half of their lives.

Besides intelligent access systems, we equip buildings with a comprehensive digital infrastructure to provide occupants with the highest levels of safety, comfort and productivity, while enabling operators and owners to manage and utilize buildings with maximum efficiency.

We are a rather small company where people of different cultures and personalities come together and have (their) place.

What's my role?:

To enhance our team we are looking for a person who fits the following job description and profile:

Your responsibilities will be:

You create original designs that are based on established methodology, and thereby creating a justified approach.
You contribute to existing design specifications and design patterns / design systems.
You identify and influence UX related KPI's.
You contribute to established projects in a meaningful way and understand the projectbased responsibilities.
You conduct user research and evaluate, document and present the results and conclusions to the relevant stakeholders.

What should I bring with me?:

You understand design concepts & methods both theoretically and in practice.
You have a portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for released web and/or mobile platforms.
You have a multiple draft approach with the motivation to iterate on feedback loops from your team.
You can understand and contextualise product objectives.
You understand and act on the best practices for Information Architecture, Interaction Design and Usability methods and principles.
You have uptodate knowledge and practical experience with the current established design tools.
