Responsibilities:


  • Further development of our Matomo and SEO roadmaps
  • Consulting and training of our almost 30 companies worldwide in their search engine optimization
  • Improving organic reach
  • Regular evaluation of our websites in cooperation with our subsidiaries (Matomo)
  • Derivation of recommendations for action and implementation of these
  • Active participation in the planning, implementation and analysis of our digital campaigns at headquarters
  • Active participation in the further development of our website and the associated KPI metrics
  • Development of technical features for our website together with the project management and an agency
  • Interface to our international colleagues (country pages)
  • Management of agencies and service providers
  • Support in maintaining our global website at headquarters (cms)
  • Project support at headquarters (e.g. construction of content and landing pages)
  • If required, project management for Marcom topics

Qualifications:


  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in online marketing; ideally in an agency or company
  • Studies or professional training in the fields of media studies, business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Understanding of technical relationships and backgrounds (HTML, analysis tools, IT infrastructures)
  • Structured and responsible way of working
  • Relevant experience in dealing with CMS systems
  • Safe handling of the common analysis tools (Matomo or Google Analytics, Power BI) and conversion optimization
  • Safe handling of SEO tools (Search Console, Sistrix, Aharefs, Searchmetrix or similar)
  • Analytical thinking and strong affinity for numbers
  • Combination of independence and team spirit
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English; ideally very good knowledge of spoken and written German
