**PHOTONICS IRRADIATION EXPERT (F/M/D)YOUR TASKS
Within this position, you will be responsible for the joint development of photon-based irradiation
processes for production of our battery cell components, including final product performance,
corresponding manufacturing devices and industrialization aspects. You will contribute to the
development and IP creation of key materials and processes. You will supervise and manage corresponding
developments by our team members, external partners or industrial suppliers within your specialist
domain. Are you an experienced RTP, FLA, Laser-beam annealing/treatment & multi-disciplinary Photonics
Expert and you aim for efficient development processes, pragmatic approaches to solutions and a goal

OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Good knowledge in Photochemistry and Material Chemistry (Organic and Inorganic)
- Indepth understanding of interaction between Visible/UV and chemical compounds
- Experience in optical spectroscopy
- Familiarity with Operation of an optics lab and corresponding measurement equipment
- Initial experience in the field of instrumental analysis and data evaluation
YOUR PROFILE:
- Expertise in Photonics and/or "hard" radiation
- PhD and/or long experience as scientist or engineer in photonics, radiation, polymer
- Photonic or other radiationbased triggering of chemical reactions
- Postmortem and insitu evaluation of battery cell components
- Ability to work independent and take initiative to achieve company goals
- Fluent knowledge of English
