Description
As a Renewable Energy Lawyer, you support the project managers in the development of our projects in Germany
- in studying the legal feasibility of the different projects and their legal security with the owners.

You define the appropriate legal arrangements and ensure their bankability. You write the land contracts and negociate their legal aspects.
You advise internal departments on land matters in particular in urban planning law, real estate law, environmental law.
You identify and seek external advice on specific security points and/or for carrying out contact audits

- in drafting and negociating all the contracts and legal documentation for the development of the projects (commercial, purchasing, construction, maintenance, PPAs...)

You work in close collaboration with the teams based in Montpellier in carrying out your missions and report to the company (project development manager and legal manager).

Profil
Education: 5 year Degree in Public Law and / or Private Law (land law, property law, real estate law, environmental law)

Experience required: 5 years of experience in a legal position, including minimum 2 years experience in the Renewables Energies or notary sector

Desired experience:
specialized law firm or notary firm or company developing Renewable Energy projects

Languages required:
English
