Responsibilities

Sales: Actively focus on acquiring new and existing customers
Customer Service: Ensure optimal customer satisfaction, strengthen customer loyalty, and take on quality assurance
Customer Consultation: Identify staffing needs and offer tailored solutions
Recruiting: Responsible for selecting employees for your department and planning their assignments at client companies
Leadership: Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to your team and be their point of contact for job-related questions
