What awaits you?

  • You will lead and motivate the project team and take care of the team members based on excellent soft skills and our company values.
  • You will support the product owners with your technical expertise in defining features
  • You will be a link between different technical domains as well as HW/SW project leaders.
  • You will be responsible for the overall technical systems.
  • You will work together with the team on costs, schedule, functionality/quality and risk management.
  • You will set targets and milestones together with your interfaces in the project.
  • You will be responsible for planning and reporting the progress.
What should you bring along?

  • University degree in Computer Science, Electronics or a comparable field of study.
  • Very experienced in leading HW/SW projects and related state of the art methods for project management.
  • Ideally you have been responsible for an ECUdevelopment in the automotive area.
  • Ideally you have experience in SW Architecture work.
  • Basic understanding for business administration.
  • You are able to resolve professional disagreements within the project team.
  • Fluent in English and German language.
