At our Bruker Daltonics HQ in Bremen/ remote we are looking for a Technical Support (M/F/d) TQ.

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:
Area of responsibiliy is to provide technical support for our LC and GC TQ products. The area of responsibility includes customers in Europe as well as the support of service colleagues worldwide

Maintenance planning for EVOQ-LC TQ and EVOQ-GC TQ as well as ESI Ion Traps for DACH (plus Netherlands for TQ)
Organization and coordination of necessary service calls on site (dispatching)
Coordination of spare parts deliveries to customers
Documentation of service and support cases in the customer management system (Sales Force)
Regular exchange with the specialist departments for the purpose of "training on the job

Qualifikationen:

Completed studies in the field of engineering or natural sciences, technician training or similar
Experience in electrical engineering, physical engineering or related fields
General interest in technical contexts and instrumental analysis
Very good communication skills and personal charisma with integrity to build trusting relationships with customers and colleagues worldwide
High selfmotivation and the willingness to work in a team and contribute to a common goal
Good organizational talent with the ability to flexibly work on several tasks with different priorities
Business thinking; reliability
Very good communication skills in spoken and written English
