Your Mission:


As a People Development Partner (w/m/d) at NFON, you will take responsibility for establishing and evolving our Learning & Development strategy in close collaboration with the management and leadership team.

You will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs tailored to various departments and levels within the organization.

Additionally, you will drive initiatives aimed at promoting career progression and enhancing employee performance.

In this role, you will play a very important part in shaping our learning strategy and contributing to the continuous development of our employees.


THE WORK YOU WILL DO:


  • Collaborate with management and leadership to create a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans encompassing timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure successful execution of learning initiatives.
  • Oversee the daily operations of all Learning & Development activities, ensuring alignment with the established strategy and driving continuous improvement.
  • Spearhead initiatives aimed at establishing sustainable learning strategies and fostering a culture of continuous development within NFON.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs tailored to the specific needs of different departments and levels within the company.
  • Collaborate with management to develop clear career paths for all job segments, including technical, project, and leadership roles.
  • Implement transparent performance management processes, including feedback mechanisms and target structures, to support employee growth and development.
  • Work closely with the Employee Relations team to develop salary bands based on performance and market analyses, ensuring fair and competitive compensation practices.
  • Collaborate on various initiatives, such as diversity programs, employee networks, and onboarding programs, to enhance the employee experience and promote a positive workplace culture.

Your profile:


  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, with a strong understanding of training program design and implementation.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and execute detailed project plans.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive and solutionoriented mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in German and in English.
  • Certification in Project Management and/or Learning & Development is preferred.
