We are looking for a Global Account Manager to join our extraordinary Sales team and help us drive the market.

Right now, companies across every size and vertical are focused on improving uptime & performance to ensure a phenomenal customer experience, gaining greater scale & efficiency through projects like cloud adoption/migration, and accelerating time to market through speed and agility by embracing DevOps practices.

With the massive market opportunity in front of us, there isn't a more exciting time to join our team- What you'll do- You will have a track record of over-quota achievement and will grow an ambitious pipeline of business as a result of outbound prospecting, creativity, and simple hard work.

You will navigate through complex organisations and sell to multiple decision-makers, including the "C Suite".- Responsible for Global Account and subsidiaries worldwide

  • Easily communicate the business impact of extraordinary software to both technical and business customers
  • You thrive in dynamic, constantly evolving entrepreneurial environments
  • You will be passionate about developing sales plans to strategically grow and expand the accounts within an assigned geography
  • You have the ability to lead or enlist the support of others in the absence of formal authority
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans and approaches in line with the overall strategy formulated by the VP/ Director of the Region standards
  • Proactively lead a joint companystrategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical achievements for a one and threeyear period
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for your accounts to meet monthly, quarterly and annual bookings & revenue objectives
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity and pipeline quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives
  • Lead your team to develop strategic implementation plans that improve the time to value for customers, focusing on product adoption, customer happiness, and business goals.
  • Demonstrate ability to engage CXO level within an organisation and present organisations offerings
  • Collaborate with global strategic partners to share information and acquire prospects


  • This role requires

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years of sales experience with miin. 5 years sales experience in software industry
  • 5+ demonstrated success in net new software sales at the global enterprise level; selling sixandseven figure deals and leading a coordinated selling team
  • Continuous, substantial, and proven success in enterprise sales
  • High energy and welldeveloped business sense
  • Exceptional ambition combined with great teaming skills
  • Deep and creative sales hunter skills
  • Network connection to SAP/subsidiaries
  • Fluent in English and in German
  • Bonus points if you have
  • Knowhow in Application Performance Monitoring (APM), Observability, DevOps or related cloud software
