- Develop and manage global strategies for relevant segments of IT with the target to create long term partnerships and value creation for all parties.
- Manage the supplier panel for certain segments as well as prepare, conduct, and finalize global RF-X and negotiations.
- Support in the creation and negotiation of contracts.
- Drive the global KPI achievements like savings and cash improvement.
- Continuously analyse market trends and innovations and derives procurement strategies in close alignment with the relevant key stakeholders to create value.
- Optimize the Source to Contract as well as Procure to Pay processes with regards to the IT commodity
- Drive synergy projects within the context of our FORVIA transformation.
- Closely collaborate with central stakeholders of IT department to assess the needs and built up of sourcing pipelines to foster value creation.
- Strongly interacts with procurement service functions inside the Global Business Service
- Minimum 3 years experience in purchasing with IT focus
- Ideally in industrial environment
- Experiencein project management and transformation
- First experience in purchasing ideally in a gobal company, good financials skills, including data analytics
- Business sense / strategic thinking ability
- Computer literate and good knowledge of IT systems
- Negotiation skills
- English fluent, German appreciated
