Your task:
- You will contribute to the creation and implementation of the Culture Change Strategy of T-Systems and our Culture Change Story
- You will support the development of topdown & bottomup measures for embedding the T-Mindset and related behaviors within T-Systems across all areas
- You support to design, align and implement the overall Culture Change Story in communications and measures
- You are invited to bring in your ideas how we constantly link Culture Change to our top strategic programs in T-Systems
- You engage with the business and support to create platforms for multiplication to incorporate all T-Systems colleagues into the Culture Transformation
- You use and analyze internal people data and external research regarding trends in the Culture & Behavioral Change area to derive data driven decisions
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree and currently/starting your Master's degree in business psychology, international management or similar studies
- First work experiences in HR and/or Change are welcome
- Workshop facilitation skills
- Passion about corporate culture

- Teamwork
