WHAT YOU'LL DO:


We are looking for a flexible, dynamic
HR Operations Senior Specialist to join our Human Resources & Mobility Team as soon as possible.

In this role, you will be responsible for all operative and administrative HR topics along the employee lifecycle. You'll also collaborate on different HR transformation projects and actively support the continuous development of our programs and processes.


You will act as a direct contact for employees and HR peers in other departments (e.g., the Talent Management Unit and the Centers of Expertise), assisting them with frequently-asked general questions, such as in regard to part-time work, maternal/parental leave, and changes in personal information or status, in addition to employees' individual questions.

In close coordination with your colleagues in the Center of Expertise Legal, you'll perform operational tasks such as issuing certificates and contracts.

You'll also be responsible for the correct entry and maintenance of information in our HR database (Workday).

Finally, you'll conduct projects of your own in close coordination with your Human Resources Manager, implementing them in an independent and structured manner.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):


  • You have successfully completed a (vocational) college degree, ideally with a focus on human resources.
  • Ideally, you have at least two to three years of professional HR operations experience at a mediumsized/large matrix organization with a serviceoriented work environment.
  • You have a good sense and understanding of numbers and data.
  • Experience in working with cloudbased HR tools (Workday) is a plus.
  • You are proficient in the software comprising the MS Office package.
  • Your written and spoken German and English language skills are excellent.
