Working Student (f/m/x) Learning Technology Management & Support

Location:

Norderstedt (near Hamburg)

Your responsibilities:

You play an active role in supporting, guiding and promoting the usage of our learning platforms with our users globally
You support daily operations by administering various training courses on our learning management platforms
You collaborate closely with our community of users and the development team, and play an active part in testing and communicating new features to relevant stakeholders
You guide and propose creative solutions to enhance the experience of our learners and instructors inside our virtual, avatarled learning platform
You participate in creating communication and training material in order to onboard endusers to new learning tools such as our avatarled training platforms and LMS
You support our community of users with platform troubleshooting and guidance

Your profile:

You are a matriculated student (f/m/x)
You have strong communication skills in English
You enjoy intercultural and effective communication in dealing with different stakeholders
You have a strong affinity with digital tools, websites or content management systems
It would be beneficial if you already bring experience with learning management systems
You follow a pragmatic, problemsolving and deadlineoriented approach
You bring a high willingness to learn, commitment and selfmotivation as well as the ability and curiosity to learn and explore new tools independently
You can work as a working student at least for 2 or more semesters and can be available for 20h/week
