To further strengthen the team - POSTRERIOR we are looking for a:

Key Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / IHRE AUFGABEN
- Independent expansion of market share and increase in product sales
- Close cooperation with all teammates in Germany
- Regular reporting to team leader
- Posterior
- New customer acquisition and support for existing customers in your region
- Development and maintenance of a reliable network of influencers
- Sales preparation, calculation of offers, conclusion and followup
- Implementation of marketing strategies in the sales area
- Needs analysis, identification and support of projects
- Coordination of sales activities
- Conducting product training for customers in the sales area
- Accompaniment of surgeons/assistants during surgical interventions in the operating theatre
- Participation and completion of internal training formats. In addition, independent further training in the field of ophthalmic surgery
- Representative participation in internal company meetings, national and international trade fairs and congresses
- Selbständiger Ausbau des Marktanteils und Umsatzsteigerung der Produkte
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit gesamten Teamkollegen in Deutschland
- Regelmäßiges Reporting zum Team leader
- Hinterabschnitt
- Den Anweisungen des übergeordneten Teams-Manager folge leisten und umsetzen
- Protokollieren der Tätigkeiten und Planungen in Sales force und Power BI
- Neukundengewinnung und Betreuung der Bestandkunden in Ihrer Region
- Entwicklung und Aufrechterhaltung eines zuverlässigen Netzwerks von Meinungsbildern
- Verkaufsvorbereitung, Kalkulation der Angebote, Abschluss und Nachbereitung
- Umsetzung der Marketing-Strategien im Verkaufsgebiet
- Bedarfsanalyse, Identifizieren und Begleiten von Projekten
- Koordination von Verkaufsaktivitäten
- Durchführung von Produktschulungen für Kunden im Verkaufsgebiet
- Begleitung von Chirurgen/Assistenzpersonal während der chirurgischen Eingriffe im OP
- Teilnahme und Abschlüsse an internen Ausbildungsformaten. Darüber hinaus eigenständige Weiterbildung im Bereich Ophthalmochirurgie
- Repräsentative Teilnahme an internen Firmen-Meetings, nationalen und internationalen Messen und Kongressen
Qualification
QUALIFICATION / IHR PROFIL
- Ideally, a course of study or training in ophthalmic optics or as an operating room nurse, preferably in the ophthalmological sector, salesoriented junior salespeople from an optician's business are also welcome
- Knowledge of clinic/practice field service would be an advantage, ideally with surgical experience
- Knowledge of ophthalmic surgery, ideally also of Retina surgery
- Ability to work independently, but also in a team
- Good communication and moderation skills as well as presentation techniques
- Closing security, contact strength and a high degree of selfconfidence
- Passion and motivation for the job
- Willingness to travel extensively with hotel accommodation
- Good written and spoken English skills as well as good PC user skills. Ideally knowledge of Sales Force and Power BI
- Idealerweise ein Studium oder eine Ausbildung in der Augenoptik oder als OP-Pfleger/ in bevorzugt in der ophthalmologischen Branche, vertriebsorientierte Juniorverkäufer/in aus einem Augenoptikergeschäft sind ebenfalls willkommen
- Kenntnisse im Klink/Praxis
- Außendienst wären von Vorteil, idealerweise mit OP
- Erfahrung
- Kenntnisse in der Ophthalmochirurgie, idealerweise
