As
Head of Merchandising you own and optimize the onsite experience of the Westwing Customer.

You are part of the Shop Sales leadership team and lead the Digital Merchandising Team as well as the Onsite Merchandising team.

You will be in charge of defining the online content plan and with this the topics that are shown on site.

Together with your team you improve the customers onsite experience by optimizing the navigation on site, the filters, the inspirational content on site as well as the product display page.

This position is located in
Munich and
unlimited.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- own the yearly onsite content strategy and plan, defining when topics are being shown on site, in close collaboration with the Marketing, Category Management and Special Sales teams
- improve customer experience by optimizing the navigation, search function, filter and sort options on the product landing pages
- optimize all inspiration assets shown on site (e.g., homepage banners, shop the looks, homestories) as well as the product display page in close collaboration with content creation
- enable existing and new focus categories with a thought through category onsite strategy
- lead a team of experienced merchandising managers, online content managers, graphic designers and editors

YOU COME WITH

6+ years of professional experience, ideally with a proven track record in a contentrelated, editorial role from a fastgrowing ecommerce company

- some years of experience from a top consulting firm is a plus
- strong leadership experience in developing & managing large, high performing teams
- an eye for visual aesthetics and passion for home and living
- ability to structure and manage complex cross-company projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels
- very strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor, yet a "hands-on" attitude with a focus on fast and flawless execution
- excellent communication skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
- making an impact
- fluency in English
