Your tasks:

Contact for guests, and employees at the branch office in Berlin.
Supporting office management, assistants, internal office organization incl. ordering office material, organization of Team events, meetings, and support for business trips
Communicate and align with suppliers, support with the purchasing process, order and invoice management
Make sure the office runs smoothly and is cleaned and tidy through coordination with the cleaning company and office users
Take care for the visitor management and the representative office area
Handle Hardware output and returns for new hires and leavers, handle office post
Be a part in setting up office rules and create a wellbeing atmosphere in the office

Your profile:

You enjoy working in the areas of communication, administration, and coordination
Professional experience as assistant or are eager to learn
Strong communication skills, a good grasp and a lot of heart and soul
Experienced with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel) and ideally SAP and show quick selflearning skills to use the internal tools
It motivates you to work in a heterogenic and intercultural work environment
Fluent communication skills in German and English, written and verbally
