CRM & Customer Operations Specialist (m/w/d) (m/w/d)Specialist (M/F/d)

Your tasks:
The


CRM & Customer Operations Specialist, reporting to CRM & Customer Operations Manager, will support the Country CRM organization within the marketing department and work day-by-day with our 560 shops to achieve the challenging targets of the organization, creating a state-of-the-art relationship with our customers.

His/Her main areas of accountabilities will be:

  • Design and Deliver personalized CRM marketing campaign including:
  • Communication and offer personalizion definition
  • Best contact channel and contact frequency
  • Campaign template design and sharing with configuration outsourcer
  • Script and channel task (call center forecasting contact plan, successful KPI for remuneration)
  • Overall DB coverage and contact ROI maximization
  • Coordination of External partners (e.g. Creative agency, campaign configuration outsourcer.)
  • Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with CRM Analyst to monitor campaigns performance

Your profile:


  • University degree required (B&A, marketing, communication, management engineering)
  • Experience (at least 3/4 years) in dynamic and customer oriented environments
  • Knowledge of marketing and CRM best practices, processes and tools in highly customer oriented organizations
  • Experience working with data and analytics
  • Attitude for band KPI monitoring
  • Ability to work in cross functional and international teams
  • Ability to implement CRM best practices
  • Ability to develop marketing strategies based on customer insight that drives business results
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Excellent verbal (and written) communication skills are essential
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
  • The hearing health landscape is changing rapidly, experience with change management is desired
  • Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud is a plus
  • Fluent in German and English

Deine Aufgaben:


  • Du analysierst das aktuelle Konzept, um Best Practices für das Kundenmanagement in den über 550 Shops zu identifizieren und den Kundenstamm anzusprechen
  • Du stellst die Identifikation und Ausschöpfung von CRM-Potenzialen für unsere Kundensegmente sicher
  • Du erstellst, optimierst und erweiterst CRM-Kampagnen in den verschiedenen Marketingkanälen
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die regelmäßige Analyse der CRM-Aktivitäten und für das Reporting der CRM-KPIs
  • Du bist verantwortlich für das Projektbudget und die effiziente Mittelverwendung
  • Du nimmst an nationalen und/oder internationalen Projekten und Workshops teil
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Sales Team sowie dem globalen Team in Italien und den internationalen Counterparts aus unseren Landesgesellschaften zusammen, um die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von CRM-Maßnahmen sicherzustellen

Dein Profil:


  • Du weist erste Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion im Bereich Marketing, (analytisches) CRM oder Marketing Performance auf
  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich der Betriebswirtschaften, Marketing oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
