As global market leader for parking and driver assistance based in Bietigheim-Bissingen, our innovative mindset coupled with expertise in sensor fusion, environmental perception and artificial intelligence, enables to offer a unique technological portfolio for ranging, viewing and computer vision as well as of scalable architectures for functions such as driver assistance, active safety and automated driving.
These challenges await you:
- Representation of the R&D function in your projects and vice versa of the projects in your functional area
- Responsibility for budgeting as well as time planning within the R&D function
- Execution of the tasks of an R&D Project Technical Manager as defined in the PM manual
- Preparation of the project schedule in cooperation with the R&D departments
- Daily tracking of workflows and initiation of corrective actions if necessary corrective actions
- Coordination of the staff assigned to the project (Design, Test, samples etc.)
- Tracking of the individual R& D work packages with a strong focus on the software
- Maintaining contact with the customer's project managers
You inspire us with that:
- Completed engineering studies or comparable education
- Several years of professional experience in an R&D area (preferably SW or HW development)
- Ability to work in a team, social competence and a goaloriented, structured way of working
- Personal initiative, high flexibility and communication skills
- Business fluent in English
- Multiproject management
