JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Maintaining and improving processes in SAP ERP 6.0
- Supporting a potential S4/HANA Project from start to finish
- Assisting in Supply Planning through workflow and process creation
- Acting as Key-user for SAP and Tableau platforms
- Enhancing the utilization of existing databases
- Generating Tableau reports
- Managing projects in EMEA region from initiation to conclusion
- Analyzing demand trends deeply and enhancing purchase forecasts in collaboration with demand planner
- Implementing and refining Tracking Tools & KPIs
- Ensuring effective cross-functional communication in a global setting

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree in business, technical field, or equivalent vocational training:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or operational procurement

- Proficiency in SAP (MM / SD and preferably MRP)
- Advanced skills in MS Office, especially EXCEL (VBA skills preferred)
- Proficient in English and preferably German
- Effective communication across all organizational levels
- Structured and organized approach to work
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints
- Reliability, accuracy, high personal responsibility
