Trainee (M/F/x) in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

In the role you will support Konecranes, A Global Industrial company, headquartered in Finland, by helping the development of the DE&I processes and practices.

Reporting to the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, you will support the DEI policies review, you will help to manage the Diversity annual calendar, including all the promotion actions.

The remit is very varied, also involving translating company's; DE&I objectives and associated strategies into meaningful policies, frameworks, toolkits, processes and working practices which enhance the Diversity, equity and Inclusion practices in Konecranes.


What You'll Need To Succeed

  • We are looking for a University student, passionate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and with good organization abilities, creativity and good communication skills, oral and written, including high proficiency presentations.
  • Excellent English skills are required, preferential a second language.
  • Location is Dusseldorf, with opportunity to work on remote.
