About Doctorflix

Doctorflix is an education platform that enables healthcare professionals around the world to share knowledge and collaborate, while fulfilling required professional training standards.

Our mission is to remove barriers to learning and make knowledge accessible globally through innovation and technology.

Additionally, we are democratising the continuing education market by closing topic gaps created by purely sponsored content with independent lectures.

We're a well-funded early-stage startup and now looking for our first (Senior) Product Designer to join us in our mission.

Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team at Doctorflix.

You will be responsible for leading the design of our product and ensuring that it meets the needs of our users.

You will work closely with our product management and development teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers, particularly doctors and healthcare professionals.

Tasks

Lead the design of our product from conception to completion, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
Design our platform from the ground up and have the opportunity to shape the company and its product
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product management and engineering, to bring new features and enhancements to our platform
Ensure that our product is intuitive and easy to use, and that it meets the needs of our users
Continuously iterate and improve our product design based on user feedback and data
Create highquality visual designs, including illustrations, icons, and typography, that are consistent with our brand guidelines
Stay uptodate with trends in the medical field and implement these trends to improve our product

Requirements:

A minimum of 4 years of experience as a product designer, preferably in (or with agency) a high growth startup environment
A portfolio of work that demonstrates your experience designing digital products
Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and methodologies
Experience with prototyping and user testing tools
Expert knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
