As we develop & grow our business in exciting & innovative new ways, Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST) is seeking a dynamic talent who is looking to challenge themselves professionally & spearhead change.

Your Impact:
Leadership:
Guide the financial operations of a production site with over €18M P&L responsibility in addition to other business operations in a global network (€ ~50M), while catering to the unique demands of our specialized manufacturing processes
Strategic Outlook:
Drive commercial initiatives, investment efficiency strategies, & strategic planning within the Global Business Unit
Cross-Collaboration:
Align and drive cohesive strategies, while acting as a liaison for various stakeholders within the organization, fostering effective communication and collaboration
Implementation & Scaling:
Integrate SAP for a new location, while developing & maintaining production Controlling processes that are fitting to the Division Controlling standards
Project Management:
Identify & execute special projects based on the development of the location
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, with a preference for specialization in industrial management or production, Master's Degree preferred
Proven track record of effective financial leadership, preferably within a global manufacturing environment
Professional Level German & English
Skills needed for success in this role:

demonstrating commercial acumen, and proficiency in understanding & presenting complex topics
Systems & Process Agility:
Familiarity with IFRS and SAP FI/CO; experience with BI and Hyperion considered a plus.

Agility & the ability to toggle between topics, knowing when to pivot in another direction
