We're looking for outstanding people who are energetic, determined and super smart to join our Sales team in Berlin as a Business Development Representative.

Tasks


Responsibilities:


You'll work closely with the rest of the Sales team to seek out new business opportunities and start meaningful conversations with potential clients in Germany and the wider DACH region.

The objective is to help the sales team double revenues over the coming 18 months.

The era of mindless cold calling is over. You'll need to leverage smart strategies and channels to deliver high-impact results.


During your first year at UpSlide you will:

  • Research companies, sectors and markets to optimise our prospection approach
  • Identify and contact future key clients and contacts
  • Secure initial meetings with senior executives and create new business opportunities
  • Look for opportunities to innovate and optimise prospection activities
  • Shadow senior salespeople throughout the entire client journey
  • Develop the necessary client and relationship management skills to progress in your career at UpSlide
  • Gain insight into the process of scalingup a B2B tech company

Requirements:


Profile:


  • Minimum 2: 1 or equivalent degree
  • Entrepreneurial, determined and goaldriven team player
  • Intelligent, analytical and curious
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Eligible to work in Germany
  • C2 level in English and German, both written and spoken

Bonus points if you have:


  • Experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or marketing
  • Familiarity with financial and professional services
