Job Definition:
As Head of Production Planning & Control you are responsible for the efficient and targeted planning of capacities and resources.
In your daily work you can expect the following:
Resource Allocation: Efficient long-term capacity and resource planning in close coordination with other teams to ensure optimal use of resources in terms of capacity, time and costs
Monitoring:Keep track of work progress and costs and proactively adjust for variances, creating status transparency while keeping other shareholders up to date

Reporting: Determine and monitor KPIs to keep a constant eye on the right use of resources and the achievement of objectives

Ensure Availability: Make sure that all operation resources of the department operations are available

People Management: Supervise a team of experts on a professional and operational level. Conduct feedback sessions with individual employees and supervise personnel-related topics
Job Qualification:
- 2+ years professional experience in a similar role
- Experience in short
- Experience in defining requirements for the different teams in the area of responsibility
- Expertise in stake
- Highly structured way of working with a high demand for quality
- Very good presentation and moderation skills in front of all levels
- Very good Englisch language skills
