Was wirst du tun:
- Supervision and coordination of all Logistics Quality and Compliance projects
- Supervision and coordination of distribution supplier agreements, controls KPIs for the EDC
- Manage distribution center procedures, SOP's
- Coordinate QRs, CAPA closures of the distribution center
- Subject Matter Expert for the change control processes and purchasing controls
- Ensure training compliance for the organization
- Ensure compliance and consistency of distribution contracts
- Manage timely and accurately the process to establish or renew supplier agreements (technical/ price/ quality)
- Actively manage timely and accurate supplier control and KPI review activities
- Reviews and updates EDC procedures and work instructions independently
- Effectively drive timely and successful document and procedure changes through the change process
- Partner with all departments (supplier quality, logistics quality and distribution functions) to ensure consistency in process and communication
- Interface between distribution and procurement
- Ensure operations are performed in accordance with applicable site and Division procedures
- Identify potential quality issues and support respective investigations
- Works independently on projects and process improvements
- Subject matter expert for change control processes and purchasing controls
- Independent priority and resource management
- Audit coordination for internal and external audits addressing the European Distribution Center
Was bringst du mit:
- Master or bachelor's in science, engineering, business or related discipline, or adequate work experience in relevant industry
- Work experience in contract management and / or compliance required
- Project Management Experience required
- Excellent oral and written English
- Good leadership, communication, and organization skills
