Aufgabenbeschreibung:

In this position you are buyer for the handling of purchase requests for technically complex customer projects in the nuclear industry:

RfQ handling in alignment with the business entity / project
Selfreliant analysis of quotations, technically and financially together with the business entity / project, negotiation with suppliers, preparation of cost estimations
Supplier risk management: identify, analyse and mitigate risks (cost, quality, schedule)
Selfreliant, punctual handling, negotiation and placement of operational purchase cases up to approx. 2 M€
Preparation of Sourcing Committee Meetings for purchase cases above 600 k€
Sourcing of new suppliers and coordinate evaluation for integration into the approved vendor list
Support clustering of purchasing needs
Proactive improvement of processes and contribute to the reporting of the purchasing organization
Adherence to quality management rules and Nuclear Safety Culture
Communication in German and English, written and orally
