Our client, a world-class leader in the development and production of high-quality cosmetics, skin care, hair care, bath & body care, and OTC products, is seeking a highly motivated Chief Operating Officer
(preferably located in Lower Saxony, Germany) to lead the End-to-End supply chain and operations excellence across the Group's global footprint.

With over 10 years of experience providing high-quality products and outstanding services to both domestic and international customers, our client has become an outsourcing partner to major global brands and trend-setting players across all distribution channels, from high-end to mass market.

The company's success has been fueled by a culture of innovation, quality, and operational excellence, with around 1,800 employees operating in Europe, North America, and Asia.

As the COO, you will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and other key business leaders to develop and execute the company's strategy to deliver expected operating profit.

You will drive flawless execution through clear communication and continual coaching, develop and implement operational policies, objectives, or activities to ensure continuing operations, maximize returns on investments, and increase productivity and efficiency.

Collaborating with R&D, Marketing, and Sales, you will determine and lead the most profitable approach to supply the customer's demands anywhere in the world.

You will also monitor working capital needs and seek optimum corporate financing to sustain continuous growth across different regions.

In this role, you will analyze reports concerning operational performance, activities, expenses, budgets, or other items that may affect business operations to meet expected operational financial results.

You will establish departmental responsibilities and coordinate functions among departments and sites, provide mentorship to the management team, validate senior managers in their role, and assign or delegate responsibilities.

With excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills, you will be able to manage personnel resources, financial resources, and material resources.

A willingness to travel internationally extensively is required, as well as the ability to work in both typical office environments and warehouse/manufacturing environments.
