Details of the role and how it fits into the team

The Project-/Business Management Specialist is responsible to manage budget and program portfolio for a major program in CSO CTO under pillar SM&R (Security Monitoring & Remediation).

Financial and portfolio expertise is needed to ensure compliance and rigor of Change Governance Framework. Close collaboration with appropriate stakeholders, management and program-/project team members to ensure accuracy of reporting and documentation.

Your key responsibilities

Execution of activities from the wide range of Project/Business Management tasks, either directly responsible for task execution or indirectly responsible via the efforts of other team members
Analyzing the impact of changes and evaluating the corresponding changes to cost and the impact to the forecast
Defining, implementing and continuously improving policies, processes and procedures that deliver consistent and reliable products and services.
Further tasks may include all or some of the following:
financial planning and business forecasting,

- reporting output quality and performance metrics,
- ensuring satisfactory infrastructure and control function service level delivery and supplier sourcing

Your skills and experiences

Bachelor degree in Project/Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline
Awareness and understanding of IT Security Industry Standards
Very good English and German (verbal and written)
Good understanding of project and program lifecycle
Ability to work in virtual global teams and in matrixed organization
Ability to ensure all tasks and deliverables meet agreed due dates
