Your Tasks:

Define and communicate the overarching design vision and strategy in alignment with the company's objectives and brand identity
Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate design thinking into business strategy and decisionmaking processes
Lead, mentor and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, including graphic designers, industrial designers and others
Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the design team, empowering individuals to achieve their full potential
Oversee the endtoend design process, from conceptualisation to implementation, ensuring highquality, cohesive, and usercentric design solutions
Ensure brand guidelines and design standards are adhered to across all channels and platforms, maintaining brand integrity and reinforcing brand equity
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to gain insights into user behavior, preferences and pain points
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, objectives and project requirements

Your Profile:

University degree in Design, Structural Engineering, Architecture; additional business or management qualifications preferred
Extensive experience in design leadership roles, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in multiple design disciplines
Proven track record of delivering innovative design solutions that drive business results and enhance customer experiences
Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor and develop a highperforming design team
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into creative design strategies and solutions
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
Proficiency in design tools and software, as well as a strong understanding of design principles, methodologies and trends
Good German und fluent English skills
