We are seeking a Management & Operations Support Specialist for Walldorf's Value Accelerator Delivery Unit.


What you'll do


In addition, you will provide coaching to VAD teams on how to frame and structure a content initiative, and how they can be successful within our organization.

In addition, you will serve as an important channel for cascading information into the vAD unit as well for cross-department communication.


Additional responsibilities:

  • Support VAD unit business operations: manage procurement processes, align with stakeholders
  • Support event logistics for internal and external events
  • Drive team culture topics: foster communication by creating structures, and team events Candance

What you bring

  • Minimum of 1 year in business operations or operations management
  • Experience in a PMO, professional services, or management consulting
  • BS or MS in business administration or related fields
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
  • Experience supporting organizational change
  • Working virtually and with a proven approach & mindset flexibility
