HVAC Europe Business Field Operations Specialist
The key responsibilities of this role are:

Developing and implementing policies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability
Monitoring operational metrics and KPIS to devise action plans for enhancing company profits and customer delivery
Assisting in managing operations budget allocation to ensure target attainment
Managing new proposals and technologies to boost business productivity (SFDC/ SMAXX/SAP)
Collaborating with Regional business leads for service integration
Coordinating with the finance team on selected business cases for investment returns
Ensuring timely and effective company operations
Designing policies in line with the Global Service strategy
Overseeing efficient processes and standards implementation in Countries
Collecting Country-based feedback for Dashboards and Reports
Driving data collection and timelines adherence in Countries
Supporting HVAC Leadership Management in addressing operational issues
Preparing forecast files and internal communications
Contributing to special projects for key business initiatives
Supporting daily reporting from SAP/ SFDC and Service Max

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-4 years experience in similar roles
Proficient in SAP and field mobility tools
Familiarity with Power Bi (or similar system) and Microsoft tools
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and research skills
English proficiency level B2/ C
Analytical mindset and quick learning ability
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Capability to organize, direct, and coordinate projects and meetings
Ability to handle multiple demands, tight deadlines, and competing priorities autonomously
