E-Commerce Operations Specialist (m/w/d) Fulltime
to contribute to our success in the online marketplace


Responsibilities

Purchase Order Processing

• Efficiently handle purchase orders to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage inventory levels

Listing and Pricing

• Create and optimize product listings, focusing on platforms like Amazon
• Implement pricing strategies for increased sales and profitability

Distributor and Courier Coordination

• Act as the main point of contact for distributors, fostering strong relationships
• Coordinate with courier services to streamline shipping processes

Amazon Expertise

• Utilize your experience with Amazon's platform to enhance product visibility and drive sales
• Stay updated on Amazon policies and trends to adapt strategies

E-Commerce Operations:

• Oversee daytoday ecommerce operations, identifying areas for improvement
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and address operational issues

Qualifications

• Preferably Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field

- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in e-commerce operations

• Familiarity with Amazon's Seller Central and successful management of Amazon seller accounts
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills for optimizing operations
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment with attention to detail
