THE ROLE

As a People Partner (M/F/d), you are part of our People Operations team and, together with your colleagues, take care of all HR issues at Parkdepot.

In order to ensure the company's growth and to be able to meet the needs of the teams, it is important to find and retain the right employees - and this is where you come in

YOUR MISSION

Consulting: You advise and support our executives on strategic HR topics
Go-

To Person:
You act as the first point of contact for all personnel-related issues for your permanent area of responsibility

HR Operations: You provide organizational support for the employee life cycle from onboarding to development and offboarding
Culture: Together with the team, you ensure that our values are reflected in onboarding and PD daily business and that we raise people engagement to a new level
Projects: You will be responsible for various HR projects in the areas of development and expansion

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Background: you have solid experience in HR management and want to further deepen your knowledge
Interests: You are interested in topics related to modern HR support and development
Expert knowledge: You have a good knowledge of labor law and strategic and operational HR management
Working style: You like to work independently and in a structured manner and are characterized by your proactivity
Team: You are a real team player with an empathetic personality
Languages: You have excellent communication skills in German and speak very good English (C1)
