We currently seek a proactive, results-driven Intern/Werkstudent - Commercial Excellence Support (m/w/d) who would dive into the intersection of sales and marketing with our FRANCE & DACH Commercial Excellence team (CommEx) in a vibrant international environment.

Your role will encompass a spectrum of responsibilities, from Sales and Execution data intelligence (SFE) to project communication, and the enhancement of data-related and CRM system training.

You'll be at the forefront of change management, providing day-to-day support while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Present intricate Sales and Commercial Execution analyses in a clear and engaging manner
  • Design communication materials and formats tailored to specific target groups, inspiring stakeholders within the sales and marketing organization on the path to Commercial excellence
  • Foster collaboration and coordination with our FRA-DACH sales and marketing teams, working alongside a highly dynamic Europe CommEx Team of experts
  • Create analyses, reports, and dashboards using Salesforce, Excel, and CRM Analytics (Tableau for Salesforce) for the FRA-DACH cluster
  • Contribute to the implementation of our "CommExNow" ticketing tool to elevate the level of support provided to our internal stakeholders
  • Assist in the creation of management and training presentations

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

  • Ongoing studies in economics, international business, business administration, or finance
  • Strong communicator, proactive, reliable, responsible, cooperative, and problemsolvingoriented. An automation and efficiencyseeking mindset is a must.
  • Confident in using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Initial experience in Salesforce CRM, any BI tool, or automation tool is an advantage
  • Enjoy developing concepts and communication formats, engaging in international and crossfunctional collaboration, and thriving in a dynamic environment
  • Very good command of German and English (French proficiency is advantageous)
