About the role
To strengthen our Digital Identity and Authentication team in

Munich, we are looking for you as a

System Engineer (f/m/d). You are fully responsible for the service. With your professional and service-oriented skills, you will further develop the service and thus contribute to the success of BayWa r.e. AG.

What You Will Do

You and your team have endtoend responsibility for the services "Digital Identity", "Workflow Design" and "SSO & Authentication"
You are responsible for the complete lifecycle of digital identities/user accounts
You manage the licenses of all account
You manage the access rights of all accounts
You are responsible for the administration and monitoring of the existing HR system interface
You coordinate the requirements and further develop the HR system interface
You design, create and manage workflows
You configure and maintain Single Sign On (SSO) and ADFS
You process incoming incidents and service requests
You create and optimize the service processes
You coordinate the external service provider
You create and update the documentation

What You Bring

Completed training in the IT sector (IT specialist system integration or IT system electronics technician) or comparable
At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, Single Sign On (SSO) and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS))
Very good knowledge of user and rights administration
Extensive knowledge in the automation of user management or the assignment of access rights with PowerShell or Adaxes
Practical experience in the creation of workflows
Experience in the implementation of projects in the role of project manager
Several years of experience in working on projects and taking on subprojects
Certification in project management or agile methodology is an advantage
Very good communication skills and a solution

Proactive independent way of working and high ability to work in a team
Very good German (B2 Better C1) and English (B2 Better C1) spoken and written
Willingness to perform and learn as well as reliability and punctuality
Presentation of a simple certificate of good conduct
