The Group Business Operations Sr.

Associate is an impactful collaborator within the Group Business Operations team, which is responsible for ensuring that day to day operations are executed effectively and long term strategy is achieved.

This role will occasionally shift focus to collaborate with the Project Management Office, within Corporate Development, and along with being an excellent generalist focused on business operations, will have the opportunity to engage in various projects across the business.

What you'll be doing:

Support operational excellence throughout the business, assisting in executing operational and strategic initiatives and helping set and achieve short

- and long-term goals

Gather requirements from functional teams and other stakeholders, identifying challenges and opportunities for operational efficiencies; and create project documentation for various crossfunctional initiatives
Collaborate frequently with the Project Management Office, including engaging in projects related to M&A, Corporate Development, or transformation topics. Participation in PMO/Corp Dev initiatives will be determined by company priorities, and may occasionally be a sole responsibility for this role
Contribute to and/or deliver presentations such as external reporting, board decks, and all hand meetings (contribute), or enablement materials for policy or process changes (contribute and deliver)
Create and maintain an internal system to track business continuity policies, engaging with various stakeholders across company departments to ensure an uptodate system
Evaluate and monitor internal processes, ensuring smooth running operations and finding opportunities for optimization
Make a tangible impact on the organization as a excellent generalist, tackling anything and everything to help the company improve and grow

What you need to be successful:

1-2 years experience, ideally in an operational role
Fluent English required, German language skills are a bonus
Strong tendencies toward innovation and problem solving
Ability to participate in crossfunctional teams and maintain productive working relationships
Ability to quickly change context and focus for a wide range of topics, determine priorities, and set deadlines independently
Analytical and detail oriented with excellent communication skills
Thrive in a fast paced environment, while maintaining a high level of support and dependability
Excellent collaboration, presentation, and communication skills
