Proactively communicating to the executive leadership team: threats, decisions on relative priority, evolution of tools and platforms – the leadership team should be confident that they know what's coming, and why. You are responsible for giving them that confidence. Working with your team to identify and evaluate potential technology vendors, negotiating contracts, and evaluating short-term and long-term budget impact. You will have direct ownership over and responsibility for the IT and Security Budget. Providing disaster recovery & business continuity planning. This is a department that can't afford to be caught unprepared. There needs to be an explicit playbook for any scenario, and your team needs to be ready to apply that playbook without panic or delay. Managing, developing, mentoring, and growing a team of IT and Security professionals. Your entire department must be engaged and effective in order for your group to have success. It won't be enough for you to be individually competent and productive – you need to support, mentor, and inspire your managers and staff. The best employees have high expectations for their work environment and their leaders. You need to meet those expectations.Required Experience and Qualifications Experience:
10 – 11 years in Information Technology(Required) Graduation: Master's Degree(Required) Proficient in English(Required)
