Job Description:

As an integral part of the team you collaborate with various stakeholders on upcoming campaigns and other marketing and communication measures.
You participate during ideation and contribute with a designer's perspective.
You ensure a cohesive brand experience across a variety of touchpoints (on

- & offline) by following our established design language, while adding your own flair.

You collaborate closely with other designers during the process, iterate and help to continuously refine the visual brand of Scalable Capital.
You are an advocate for design thinking, inside and outside your team and stay uptodate with the latest trends in design and design technology.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphics design, with a strong portfolio to show your trackrecord
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign (descending importance)
A passion for creative, meaningful and impactful communication
Experience/background in illustration and icon design is a plus
Excellent craftsmanship with an eye for detail and consistency that enables you to deliver high quality output
