Core Responsibilities:
Month End:
- Proactively collaborate with FSSC/local finance team to ensure CX relevant financials were recorded accordingly in due course, exhaustivity and with quality
- Timely perform controlling tasks to ensure data quality and integrity for Sales, COGS, OPEX in local ERP. Proactively resolve issues with relevant stakeholders
- Perform check between local ERP and Management reporting system (Foundation TAGETIK), drive resolution in due course, follow up on resolution status for open items.
- Prepare month result deck for senior management review meeting
FP&A, Business Support:
- Provide effective support during budget and reforecasting cycles (OB, MYE, YEE), and global inquiries
- Prepare data report pack including Sales reports, entity cost center reports,
- Maintain data mapping table
- Analyze current and past financial data to keep track of financial performance and recognize trends
- Provide financial modelling support for forecasting and budgeting activities or adhoc request
- Engage with the group proposing new initiatives and policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Controlling or equivalent
- 3 years of experience as analyst in FP&A, Controlling, Business Finance or similar functions, preferably in Consumer Health (Pharma) or FMCG.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Proven analytical background with a strong attention to detail with committed and transparent approach
- Ability to identify data patterns
- Natural aptitude to teamwork and problem solving
- Ability to work under pressure and respect deadlines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory
