Your responsibilities:


  • Support and enhance our global HR IT landscape by staying abreast of future trends and needs
  • Define and align our global HR processes
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and digitalize our HR systems and processes worldwide
  • Implement digital HR tools globally, especially SuccessFactors
  • Create reports and adhoc analyses for HR management and stakeholders, identifying trends and proposing appropriate actions

Your profile:


  • Hold a degree in business administration or a related field
  • Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in HR systems, controlling, or similar roles
  • Previous exposure to managing digitization projects is advantageous
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of HR systems and databases, preferably SAP Success Factors and Power BI
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, conceptual, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Show independence, proactivity, and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in English; German language skills are a plus
