Job description

• Ensuring sustainable customer loyalty through solutionoriented and competent advice and support
• Responsibility for independent maintenance and repair of our devices from the portfolio of our technologies
• Carrying out training courses and product briefings for our analytical instruments
• Commissioning of devices at our customer sites
• Installation and ongoing maintenance of complex electromechanical and computercontrolled systems.
• Establishing and maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction and confidence through appropriate actions and attitude.
• You will be responsible for the Installation, maintenance, and repairs across a wide range of product technologies including, but not limited to
  :Benchtop X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF), Handheld XRF, Handheld LIBS, Optical Emission Spectrometry (OES), Coatings XRF and Thermal Analysis instrumentation.

What we are looking for:

• Successful completion of training in the field of electrics/electronics or optical measuring instruments, physics/chemistry, materials testing or comparable first professional experience in customer service.
• A high degree of willingness to travel you will usually be on the road throughout Germany and in neighboring countries on a weekly basis from Monday to Friday.
