Responsibilities:
- Development of the security program
- Assess the threat landscape, feeding back to C Level members of Staff
- Development of budgets taking into account aims and objectives of the company
- Manage existing policies and processes to ensure compliance is met
- Advise on recovery tactics, creating and maintaining disaster recovery plans
- Conducting audits based upon different security standards
- Take charge of compliance/policies
- Assist in improving the security awareness within the company
- Develop and improve IT Security standards
Essential Skills:
- Fluent German and English language skills
- You are certified as at least one of the following: ISO27001 Lead Auditor, CISM, CISSP, CRISC
- Previous team management (preferably information security) / leadership experience
- Deep understanding of information security
- Strong business understanding
Desired Skills:
- Spanish and Portuguese language skills
- Experience developing and maintaining security policies
- Experience communicating within various teams/regions
- Extensive knowledge of information security frameworks and standards
