Our story started in 2015.

For the first 5 years of our existence, we grew organically and became a profitable company with around 60 employees.

Then, in September 2021, we raised $38 million in series A funding, led by Target Global and with participation from Partech Ventures and Avid Ventures.

Since then we have more than doubled in size and are currently employing 150 people.

Description:

You and your team will be the hunters of elopage.

You will go where we have not yet been, find prospects that we have not yet found, and convince those that we have not yet been able to convince.

You will lead by example, manage your own pipeline whilst building and managing your team.

This role presents a unique opportunity to join one of Germany's fasting growing startups and build out their Sales-Led Growth channel.


Responsibilities:


  • Build, grow and manage a highperforming team of SDRs/AEs who consistently overachieve on challenging business goals.
  • Supervise daily outbound sales activities, ensure daytoday productivity and process implementation.
  • Setup and manage constant and KPI driven coaching and mentoring for outbound sales team members.
  • Set and measure individual KPIs for the team on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Own the process and tools to constantly deliver a new business pipeline, including lead generation & lead enrichment.
  • Act as connection between outbound sales and various other teams as necessary, specifically aligning with marketing and sales leadership teams to predictably fill pipeline with qualified prospects and customers.

Requirements:


  • 2+ years of people leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience with SMB's.
  • Indepth knowledge of sales culture, especially regarding the EMEA market.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
  • A datadriven, analytical mindset. You are confident using Google Sheets and/or Excel.
  • Handson experience in Salesforce/Hubspot & other Sales Engagement tools is a must.
  • Strong sales knowledge and commercial approach to business development.
  • Business Fluent German and English language skills.
