Your Role

Your Profile- At least two years of professional experience in a relevant position with a focus on UX design, usability engineering or similar- Passion for developing user-centered concepts at a high-quality standard, with an eye for the big picture and a love of detail- Methodological competence and first practical experience in user research and testing- Familiarity with using and contributing to design systems, pattern libraries and style guides- Knowledge in UX tools like Axure, Figma or similar- Strong team spirit and communication skills- Experience in working with development teams and agile methods is a plus- A bachelor's or master ́s degree or diploma in Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Media Design, Ergonomics, Psychology - or you are a creative career changer with stunning reference projects- Strong verbal, written and visual presentation skills in English and ideally also German
