We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Junior HR Business Partner who will support us in the planning, conceptualization, and execution of HR projects on an international level.

Your Tasks:

Assisting in the planning, conceptualization, and execution of HR projects on an international level
Supporting the consultation of departments and executives in all personnelrelated matters, both nationally and internationally
Assisting in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, including talent management, employee engagement, and development
Supporting the development and implementation of companywide HR policies and procedures in multiple countries in coordination with local HR Business Partners
Assisting the International HR team in the management and analysis of HR data and reporting

Your Profile:

Completed degree in Business Administration preferably in the field of Human Resources, Personnel Management, or a related discipline
Previous professional experience in the HR field or relevant internships are advantageous
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, additional languages are a plus
Solid proficiency in Office tools and good data analysis skills
Ideally, experience with HCM software (SAP HCM Suite, SAP Success Factors, Workday, or similar)
Strong intercultural competence (experience abroad is beneficial)
Willingness to travel internationally (15%)
