Job Summary


The HR Business Partner at Reverse Logistics Group is viewed as a strategic partner to senior leaders and managers who provides guidance and support in all aspects of human resources management.

They are also responsible for aligning HR initiatives and programs with business objectives, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with local and national labor laws.


HR Business Partner (M/F/d)

Key Responsibilities:


  • Sparring Partner to internal stakeholders who understands the business need and develops and implements HR strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Provide guidance, educate, coach and resolve complex employee relations issues and any HRrelated matters.
  • Lead or collaborate with HR colleagues in projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Organize and maintain personnel records and update internal databases.
  • Execute all HR ad hoc tasks related to personnel administration in your assigned departments

Qualifications:


  • Degree or certificates in Human Resources or related fields
  • Minimum of 57 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Experience collaborating with workers councils in Germany and knowledge regarding related regulations and processes.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
