Your task
- integrate single-cell data with other molecular data types such as genomics, epigenomics, and proteomics to gain insights into biological mechanisms and disease pathways
- work collaboratively with experimentalists to design experiments and interpret results
- present findings at scientific meetings and publish research articles in peer-reviewed journals
- participate in other research activities and duties as assigned

Our requirements

D. degree in bioinformatics, computational biology or a related field
- experience in analyzing high-throughput sequencing data, particularly single-cell omics data
- strong programming skills in R, Python, and/or Java
- familiarity with statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
- excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
